We now have phones that record calls, transmit data, send text messages and even send money. We can now make calls to a group of people rather than one person at a time which has been the case ever since Bell called his friend in the next room over the phone. It is not an entirely perfect mode of communication and the users would no doubt welcome improvements from the service providers. Actually, the service providers must take it upon themselves to do this or else they will be consigned into the dustbin of history when a smart entrepreneur comes up with a better service.
